"职位描述
? Lead and build a multi-disciplinary project teams, comprised of members from various functions
? Lead the planning and creation of a detailed project plan for projects with input from key stakeholders.
? Perform Risk Management and communicate status up to senior management
? Responsible for meeting program cost and schedule
? Schedule, lead and document meeting minutes, action times, key decisions, key issues of project core team meetings
? Manage project deliverables through appropriate tools and framework; report to all project stakeholders
? Initiate and perform market research as needed in support of R&D in identifying, evaluating, and selection of product portfolio for future development.
? Promote collaboration, cooperation and communication across functions to ensure that the team achieves goals.
任职要求
? B.S. degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent. 3 to 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, minimum 3 years in Project Management.
? Knowledge of medicine product development and associated manufacturing process.
? Ability to lead and inspire team members.
? Good organizational and communication skills with cross-functional teams internally and externally under a changing environment
? Competency on good decision making, influencing, execution, and excellent risk management skill"
