Position Summary职位概述：
The Director of Banquet Sales is overall responsible for ensuring coordination between the Banquet Sales Department and Front Lines / Back-of-House Departments. He/she directs and drives all activities of the department, with specific responsibilities for ensuring high quality standards delivered by the Team, as well as developing and implementation action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan.
宴会销售总监主要负责确保宴会统筹部与前厅部及其它部门的沟通协调。他/她要指导所有活动，并有明确的责任保证小组提供高质量标准的服务，同时制定及实施销售计划所规定的行动计划。
